Balsam Hill Fall catalog

One of the many catalogs that I oversaw while at Balsam Brands, working closely with our merchant team, production team, catalog design team and CRM team. My specific duties included attending photoshoots and final shot approval as well as guiding and mentoring the design team to achieve design excellence. I worked closely with the CRM team on mailing strategy and production budgeting, including evaluating paper weights to reduce costs while maintaining the brand perception.
